Sealed bids will be received by Tippecanoe School Corporation (herein referred to as the "School Corporation") at the Operations Center, located at 24 Elston Road, Lafayette, Indiana 47909 until 2:00 PM, local time, August 5, 2025 for Early Learning Center and Alternative Learning Center Addition and Renovations. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above time and place. Bids received later than such hour will be returned unopened.

Job Purchase Information:

Prime Contractors may order up to three (3) complimentary sets of bidding documents at no charge.

Subcontractors may order up to one (1) complimentary set of bidding documents at no charge. Shipping/Delivery charges are included.

Any additional sets may be purchased per the options and pricing listed on the Order page (plus $19.95 Processing Fee, Shipping/Delivery when applicable, and Tax).

Credit Card or Eastern Engineering Charge Account required before printing purchases.

If you need your documents shipped, although the system will ask for your shipper number, plan holders will not be able to ship using their own shipper numbers for this job. Shipping charges (based on the weight of one set) are paid to Eastern Engineering and are posted on the Spec Sheets tab.
